Two things made me think like that
1. BaseHttpServer -> BaseHttpServer.py
SimpleHttpServer -> SimpleHttpServer.py
WSGIHttpServer -> WSGIHttpServer.py
2. The comment was more aimed at the CherryPy entry, which imports a
fair amount of CherryPy support code.
