I vote for April, 28th.

I liked the idea to allow people send questions to speakers, but in a
country wide approach. Let's remember different timezones.

As I don't see many "normal programmers" using IRC here, in Brazil,
I'd suggest a Google Account, ie, [email protected] to allow
remote people to stay connected to the event.
