In vue.js there are unsafe_delimiters 
and they change automatically when you set delimiters. So I chose 
delimiters to e '{%','%}' and it automatically changed unsafe_delimiters to 
'{{%','%}}' so it was conflicting with web2py delimiters {{.}}.
