For what it's worth, I believe the following is accurate:
1. GPL is more objectionable than BSD/MIT 2. Frameworks tend not to use GPL (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_web_application_frameworks) It's probably worth consideration if we would like maximum usage.
