Okay, when you installed cygwin (using the installer that you got
from webkit.org) did you make sure you ran cygwin-downloer.exe (not
setup) and told it to "install from local directory"? The *only*
hink you should have to manually hit in cygwin setup should have been
the install from local directory option.
If you missed either f those steps you will need to uninstall cygwin,
and delete cygwins package cache. Alternatively you could manually
install all the required packages, but unfortunatelt i don't recall
what they all were.
