Dave Kilzer had the same idea when he created resolve-ChangeLogs, so
update-webkit does run resolve-ChangeLogs automatically. See <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/27112

I guess the reason I hadn't noticed is that I often to "svn update" to
update only the directory I'm working on. Maybe we need an update-
subtree command.
