Have these been addressed in the meantime?
None of those appear to be related to your problem. They ought to be suppressed in ANGLE (the name "PODStruct" indicates it's clearly intended to be clobbered with memcpy) or else we should turn off -Wclass-memaccess when compiling ANGLE. Feel free to create a bug report for this.
