Hello,
Couldn't find an answer in the Weblate documentation.

Tried a test...
Changed my Chrome browser(on Windows) language setting from English to
Spanish, closed and re-opened the Chrome browser windows.

Re-visited http://opensuse.org which is on the list of supported
Weblate translated pages.

The page continues to display in English.
Opening the Chrome browser settings confirms that at least the
browser's internal pages display in the new language, Spanish.

I understand that in some cases the system's language settings might
need to be changed (not just the application) but am not willing to
make that kind of change without confirmation that may be needed.

I understand that websites can use a number of different methods to
detect nationalization, eg IP address, browser id settings, more.

Need some kind of definitive list of methods used by a
weblate-supported website/webpage that determine how the page should
be served.

Thx,
Tony
