There are lots of great conference videos about GWT. There are links to them on the wogwt page. Highly recommended.

For me it's:

- GWT (btw: any recommendations for books/resources here?)
- Switch to Eclipse 3.4/WOLips stable/WO 5.4 (I am a wimp ;-))
