my impression is that this number is increasing, not decreasing. with modern
look, you can now out-of-the-box get a decent looking app; and david, ramsey,
and the others have been doing a good job of building up training content (via
wowodc) for the community to learn about.

if you mean for apple to do this, it's not going to happen ... if someone wants

i don't see this happening, personally, but if other people want to do it,
that's awesome. i think this is shooting a little high ("hey guys, quit your
jobs and build a startup ... and then open-source it and give it to us!")
