David, You are launching inside Eclipse and does not use maven ?
I experience some strange problems with Eclipse 4.5 (Mars) on a colleague computer where the frameworks are not found when launching inside Eclipse. I have to install my frameworks to have them found. It is a pain when working on them because if you forget to install the framework, the code used by the app is not the one seen in Eclipse. I'm still on 4.4 and do not remember having this problem on my computer. I suggest trying to install your framework, if it works, you have the same problem...
