I right0clicked the "Reference Libraries" folder in my Eclipse project, choose "Build Path" -> "Configure Build Path..." and on the "Libraries" tab, I clicked "Add Library...", choose "WebObject Frameworks", and selected the framework from the list in ..../Library/Frameworks The WO Project was imported from Eclipse 3.3 but I needed to upgrade the build.xml file so I created a blank new Wonder Application and copied the contents of its build.xml file.
