Well, for simple, small projects, where the price is an issue, you
don't need such skilled people. Your average Java programmer can
hack up a "direct to web" app in an afternoon, and WO is good for
that sort of stuff, just too expensive to be in that market.
That's why I said before: It's not that WO is too expensive,
for what it can do. It's just pricing itself out of a much bigger
market share for projects that could be done simply and swiftly with
WO, but don't even need half of what it can do...
