You can BUY bandwidth. That's easy. You can't flog a dead
technology, I mean horse, I mean technology, I mean SQL server. :-)
That's the basic idea behind the test. Its harder for you to do from
Sweden, or for people without a T1 to themselves, but the basic idea
is you see how well a company can use their own technology.
(Of course, If I apply that to us, I haven't changed our website in
over a year, but that's because you can buy bandwidth and servers,
but you can't buy time. )
