Bill,

I made the changes and they went through the same process that they 
always go through - namely people tell me what's coming in terms of 
releases or announcement and I make the appropriate changes. Usually the 
amount of expected traffic is what dictates size and placement.

If you have a proposal for how changes should get made to the site, feel 
free to float it.

I talked at the Summit about getting more people involved in site 
changes and created a new list, website-content, to try and review major 
site changes for this launch, with limited results. Unfortunately things 
were moving too fast for me to keep publishing the proposed changes but 
for the or the next round of changes I'd like to have an open comping 
process - but again feel free to propose something.
