Why write it when it already exists... Brainstorm is an opensource project, and
is located at:

        https://launchpad.net/~brainstorm-dev

We could simply use this... maybe...

I can see the value of the RFE being in the bug database - but as an ideas
board, we shouldn't need to have them all in the bug database unless an idea is
worth pursuing - that could be considered as the equivalent of evaluating the
ideas... Of course it would be excellent if this could be a one-click action by
the evaluator - i.e. after evaluating the idea, click a button, and hey presto
there is an RFE/Enhancement request made.
