It's been discussed on tools-discuss mostly. Long term it will replace
bugs.opensolaris.org and Sun's internal bug tracking system for Solaris.
So far it's being used for projects under development but not yet integrated
and for the OpenSolaris binary distro releases (2008.05, 2008.11, etc.).

Some info on the use for 2008.11 is posted at:
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/indiana/resources/reporting_bugs/

defect.opensolaris.org:
 distribution > opensolaris > i18n-l10n

bugs.opensolaris.org:
Select the category for the component with the problem, such as utility
or library, then the appropriate l10n-* category, such as l10n-europe or
 l10n-asia.
