It's been discussed on tools-discuss mostly. Long term it will replace bugs.opensolaris.org and Sun's internal bug tracking system for Solaris. So far it's being used for projects under development but not yet integrated and for the OpenSolaris binary distro releases (2008.05, 2008.11, etc.).
