We could probably map http://opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog/* to the top of the new caselog tree, but the previous mechanism renamed files and stored them as attachments, so there's no sensible way of mapping individual case files. Plus the ARC cases are dynamic which would make keeping the links up to date problematic, plus when we move to the new XWiki setup everything will have to move again anyway.
The problem with adding in a redirect of os/community/arc/caselog/* to arc.oso is that the CSV file containing case status data is still under there, and we'd need to provide an alternate home first - that's planned, but not yet in place.
