Personally, I have found voice conversations (phone, Skype, etc) to be invaluable in collaboration. They largely facilitated the collaboration between Ivan and me recently. Much quicker than long mail threads, and a lot less miscommunication. Anyway, in a few days I will add info to the website development page on the wiki, about what I'm currently doing on the content, about all the screenshots I've done, etc...
