Yes, but I don't like hard formatting. It makes much work on revision if
someone changes the css later (as it happens with blue to green links).

- When you scroll down the page you get on the right bottom a
button with "back to top". If we have someone we could leave
the "back to top" in all the texts.I think it's a useful help
for handling of the page.
Could be done the same way as on the limesurvey site (they use jquery
to do this) Only "problem" is handling translations - I doubt every
NL-site would like the link "back to top". But his is doable of
course.
Maybe we can make an arrow and only write "top".I think that will
understand everybody in the world and need not to be translated.
And if someone will not understand he can sroll on top for himself.

I think the position is quite good. It is moved away from the text but
will follow if you change the width of your browser.
