You can override it with the left-align-button in the Editor (that

Could be done the same way as on the limesurvey site (they use jquery
to do this) Only "problem" is handling translations - I doubt every
NL-site would like the link "back to top". But his is doable of
course.
Do we want this globally, for all sites? And if so, at what position?

Technically possible as well, but I prefer it in the text.

Too wide, have to scroll horizontally to see it....  So to the left is
a no-go, as it then would force me to scroll right to see the actual
page's text (unless we use javascript to position the page on load),
but I'll leave that to marketing..
