well, I only try to move pages out of the language namespace (IT/...
FR/... etc) when I recognize that multiple languages have similar
pages treating the same topic and thus should be moved to "topic/it"
(etc) as it might be relevant for multiple languages. As It seems that
more languages having problems with that approach, I won't do it any
longer without asking the relevant language community.
