Inbound OSRs are not needed for MySQL as confirmed by legal in October 2008:

        Going forward, you should just make sure to include any MySQL
        code/components in the "other included Sun technologies" tab
        on the PRDD matrix during the product release due diligence
        process. Therefore, an inbound OSR Tool review is not necessary
        for the review of inbound MySQL components into a Sun product/
        technology.
