files under 'original' is provided on a 'as-is' basis from Apache's 
build process. Customers will need to appropriately include the 
respective configuration into httpd.conf or conf.d directory.

If you think, it will significantly improve the developer experience, 
please file a bug  with your justification.

Bugs should be the standard medium of communicating / recording the 
issues or RFE's.
