Let me clarify. We don't intend to have Apache 32 bit and 64 bit installations 
within
the same directory structure. 2007/169 ARC case has already listed separate 
directories
for 32 bit and 64 bit (e.g., /usr/bin/apache2 for 32 bit and 
/usr/apache2/bin/64 for 64 bit).
We too are proposing the same. May be there is a need to change the directory 
name
used for 64 bit to"amd64" or "sparcv9" from "64" since other components follow 
this convention.
