Agreed.
I did not mention this explicitly in my previous mails, but yes, apache needs
separate directories for 64 bit specific header and build files. For conf file 
too,
since we are planning to provide a default conf file for supporting OOB apache 
startup,
we need to have separate one for 64 bit as the path for "LoadModule" will vary 
for
32 bit and 64 bit.
