Just to conclude this, when I set up on R763 I could not replicate the
issue described, despite not having deliberately changed any specific
setting for this. I can only guess that I had adjusted an environment
setting (probably the Ant one suggested by another list member) since I
last had the problem and that masked the fault. I have run up
canoo-webtest_2.0-1217 and it runs fine now without bloating memory
usage, so either way the problem is out of my reach to replicate now.
