I do know that when Bush came to office, he tried to reverse everything Clinton did! That's why he wouldn't listen to Richard Clarke when he tried to talk about terrorism........because Bush saw Clarke as a member of Clinton's admin......

When Bush was coming in as President Clinton had a special meeting with him and others only about terrorism and the taskforce...
