Apparently, even the RYO tobacco is going to be affected by the tax, I don't know by how much per-ounce etc.

I didn't ask her why she had come to this decision but she decided to tell me anyway. She said she went into Quik Trip today and they told her there is a new tax on cigarettes. After a certain time (probably in the next couple of weeks) cigarettes will be $1.00 more per pack. And she said they already cost $5.00 a pack so that means one pack of cigarettes will be $6.00!!! I thought...........wow! If you have to pay that much for something, it ought to be getting you high, at least!! I just couldn't believe a pack of cigarettes cost that much!
