wow! So apparently it is not just in Oklahoma.......I figured it was primarily an Oklahoma tax! Here, the first things they tax are cigarettes and alcohol!! And if the state needs more money, they just tax those products a little more!
My friend said she thought it was a way of getting people to quit smoking. I thought...........wow! If you have to pay that much for something, it ought to be getting you high, at least!! I just couldn't believe a pack of cigarettes cost that much!
