This is a simple "file not found" error. Did you create the Videos.mkmodel and the Classes.csv file as instructed by the Quick Start? (Or copy it from Docs/Videos/Middle?) If so, did you give the right path to it? You're at the command line, so try: ls PATH/TO/Videos.mkmodel If that doesn't work, then neither will Generate.py.
