I understand the soft-eng concerns about checking this in *before* 0.7 final
is cut, but it also sounds like precisely the stuff I've been waiting for...

So, would it make sense to plan a quick 0.7.1 with *just* the newly tested
DBPool/SQLConnectionPoolSize stuff in it? Like, say, in a month?
