Aye, I'll put in a vote for UML hosting. I was considering linode.com (heard good things), ended up going with www.rimuhosting.com. (Both provide Debian, a personal preference, but when you're going to be responsible for admin, better be happy. :) Rimu has been very responsive with support requests and providing free suggestions on hardware/software requirements.
I'm running apache/apache-ssl, webware, postgres, exim, and horde php webmail, and straining to stay within 128MB RAM. 64MB might work for a light Webware/Apache setup though. - Luke P.S.
