For the "non-medical" pictures, I'd suggest you invest in a digital camera and just print them in-house. Much quicker and probably cheaper in the long run since you don't have to buy film. You can get a pretty decent digital camera (certainly good enough for this kind of thing) for a couple hundred bucks at most.
