We have decided to try to split into several small workgroups so that we can accomplish more of our goals in a shorter timeframe. Below is a list of the projects that our group has identified. Please take a look and see which one (or more than one if you like :) you would like to assist with. The meeting will hopefully result in appointing a leader for each effort. The leader will then form their respective group and begin to work on the deliverable/project. Sue Ryder is checking to see if WEDI SNIP can provide us additional conference call opportunities if we need them. From this point on, these bi-weekly Thursday meetings will probably center around project updates from the leads and issue resolution to help each group move forward. Here is a prioritized list of the projects we have in front of us. Take a look and let us know tomorrow which you are interested in. Those who have previously contacted me via email, I have your replies and will forward them on to the lead of the group in which you expressed interest.
