I would suggest we lay down some guidelines and expectations for each lead position just so everybody understands the commitment necessary. Given some of the recent history there should be a process to escalate issues that cannot be resolved within a group. I am not sure how the group would determine who is an 'expert' for each lead position. I think we should encourage anybody to volunteer to lead each 'sub-group' and if necessary there would be a vote if more than one person volunteers or have co-leads. The administration of all this is a full time job.
