I would suggest that, at a minimum, items 3 and 7 should be lead by an individual with a strong background in and understanding of the methodologies and best practices of QA, software testing, system interoperability and certification programs, not necessarily healthcare, e-commerce or EDI. We seem to have some very large holes in our paper and I think we are missing subject matter experts in these areas.
