fyi...claims attachment are not mandated under HIPAA yet...NPRM is expected first quarter 2003; however, covered entites could choose to use the 275 attachment solution on a voluntary basis through trading partner agreement. And to clarify, the 275 attachment can be used in both a solictied or unsolited business scenario.
