This Excel spread sheet which is a 837P 4010-4010a1 crosswalk that I pulled off of the CMS site MAY be helpful for what you are looking for. I know I would really like to find something like this for 837 I and D as well as the rest of the 4010 to 4010A1 HIPAA transactions. If anyone else has done such a crosswalk I would really appreciate hearing from you. If you have done 4050 then my hat is really off to you and I would also like to hear about that. This is a great document from CMS.
