If you're interested in getting spreadsheets that include the addenda data (I think) for all the imp guides, the Washington Publishing Company used to sell a spreadsheet of all the data elements for each transaction.... you could contact them and find out if they still offer this service. I've talked with a couple of people who purchased these spreadsheets (although I have not viewed them myself) and people were quite positive about the quality and completeness of the data.
I have not viewed the Medicare spreadsheet but before using it I would want to determine if it only contained data that Medicare used, e.g.,, is the 2000C loop of the 837 present?
