If you are looking for the "Difference/ Comparison" reports, showing the differences between the 4010 guideline and the corresponding addenda guideline by transaction set, you cand find them on HIPAADesk. Go to www.HIPAADesk.com and click on the RESOURCES tab. Under that tab you will see a folder called "HIPAA Guidelines". You can find the reports there.

If you're interested in getting spreadsheets that include the addenda data (I think) for all the imp guides, the Washington Publishing Company used to sell a spreadsheet of all the data elements for each transaction.... you could contact them and find out if they still offer this service. I've talked with a couple of people who purchased these spreadsheets (although I have not viewed them myself) and people were quite positive about the quality and completeness of the data.
I have not viewed the Medicare spreadsheet but before using it I would want to determine if it only contained data that Medicare used, e.g.,, is the 2000C loop of the 837 present?
