A couple of 278 questions....
1. The 278 IG doesn't seem to define the term "simple
certifications". We are curious about how UMOs are applying the term to
their business.
2. Since many States and accrediting bodies require explicit denial
language be included in adverse review determinations, how are others
meeting this requirement on the 278, given the limited data fields available
on the response transaction?
