Robert,

1.You will need to send loop 2320 as there are other payors involved.
2.If you do not send DMG segment or any of its required element then your
claim may be rejected as non-compliant.
3.When you collect the other Subscriber details such as Id number etc, then
you must also collect the date of birth.
or I am missing something about  the 'stress on'  Date of birth field ?

I think TPAgreements may be of help to sort out  such issues.
