We are already dealing with this under Medicaid here. We have to fax a certification form for each file of claims (encounter) data we send to the state. The organizations required to fax these forms have questioned whether this is truly concurrent, but that's another issue.
I haven't seen anything in the 837 layout that could be used for this.
