Dale,

We have indicated that the number of units is to always be 1 for those codes
where no time is incorporated in the definition and we pay either for a "visit"
or a "product".

In reviewing the HCPCS code set, there are codes which address hourly or
daily treatment, but nothing that I can find that specifically addresses a
visit. Can anyone give me some direction on the right code to use for each
of the following services?

RN visit (up to 2 hours)
LPN visit (up to 2 hours)
Pediatric Hi Tech visit (up to 2 hours)
Pediatric Hi Tech hourly
