Details:
UHNAMES stands for UserHost NAMES.
The server will tell you if it supports it, in raw 005, when connecting to
it.
If it does, you can tell it the following:
PROTOCL UHNAMES
PROTOCL NAMESX
This will tell the server that our client supports both UHNAMES, and the
regular NAMESX protocol.
Not a crucial feature, but recommended to have, as more IRC networks begin to
adopt UHNAMES.
