Follow-up Comment #4, task #9353 (project weechat):
Some extra info: it's not automatically enabled.
There are two ways to enable it (depending on what is supported by the
server):
1. use capability: set a server.capability = "userhost-in-names"
2. use protoctl: set a server.command = "/quote protoctl uhnames"
