Oh the log that was shown was supposed to be a seperate log for weewx only but
I guess it did not work.

I'm not sure what that error is, but it has nothing to do with weewx. It's
being emitted by Qt (a user-interface library).
The log you want is /var/log/syslog (not /var/log/user.log). See what's in
there.
