there is a bug in the msg31 regex pattern - it is missing a left square
bracket. change line 286 from this:
MSG31 = re.compile('Wind ([\d.]+) kmph / ([\d.]+) mph ([\d.]+).*rain gauge
(\d.]+) in')
to this:
MSG31 = re.compile('Wind ([\d.]+) kmph / ([\d.]+) mph ([\d.]+).*rain gauge (
[\d.]+) in')
