That happens on a non battery backed-up system (like a pi) when weewx starts before ntp has gotten the date+time updated. It's just a visual annoyance on the toplevel screen in the Standard skin really, the database records are ok. I typically just restart weewx. There have been lots of discussions for 'years' about this one. Look for realtime clock or RTC in your search of the newsgroup.
