That happens on a non battery backed-up system (like a pi) when weewx 
starts before ntp has gotten the date+time updated.   It's just a visual 
annoyance on the toplevel screen in the Standard skin really, the database 
records are ok.   I typically just restart weewx. There have been lots of 
discussions for 'years' about this one.  Look for realtime clock or RTC in 
your search of the newsgroup.

It would be interesting to know which version you updated to as well as 
what kind of computer,  there have been changes over time to try to deal 
with this and delay weewx startup until there's a reasonable system 
date+time.
